The world famous Halemana estate on the north shore of Kauai still has holiday openings. The estate is availalbe for New Years this year starting December 29th. "Surprisingly" says the owner Craig H Maas, "the estate is still available this year. We are usually booked several months in advance. This year the clients seem to be waiting until the last minute to book homes". The home is currently on the market for sale at 7.9 million.
